Steps
First, wash the bok choy. Then heat a pan to medium heat and add some spray oil (go light!)
Next, cut the base off of the baby bok choy. This will make them break into individual leaves.
Next, peel your garlic and add it to the pan. Cook the garlic, stirring often, for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Add the bok choy to the pan and stir it.
Cook the bok choy for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you prefer your vegetables with more of a crunch, cook for 5 minutes. If you like them softer, cook for 8.
Once it has softened, add the soy sauce and honey to the pan. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!

Directions
- Wash the bok choy. Heat a pan to medium and add some spray oil.
